Tartare Sauce

1 quantity of mayonnaise

11 small gherkin, roughly chopped

2 sprigs parsley

1 teaspoon capers, drained

1 teaspoon lemon juice

1/2 teaspoon sugar

1. Place all ingredients into a bowl.

2. Using the StickMaster, process until combined and finely chopped. Serve chilled with seafood.
